I’m in serious need of comfort food. At the rate I’m going the scale is going to have some choice words for me, but I just need a little more time on my hiatus. Plus this heavy whipping cream in my fridge is screaming my name. So homemade Alfredo it is!
I wanted to add a bit of a twist on the traditional Chicken Alfredo dish so I decided to make BBQ chicken instead of regular old chicken breast. My first mind was to blacken the chicken but that’s a pretty tough task without a cast-iron skillet. This recipe is actually very quick and easy, and of course delicious. It’s both kid and man approved.
**Be careful not to overcook the chicken because dry chicken breasts sucks!
