I consider myself a chef, but not by my own standards–by everyone who’s had the great opportunity to pass through my kitchen. I enjoy hosting girls nights and dinner parties where I get to feature classics that I grew up on and new creations based on various foods I discover while traveling. And before you ask, I have no formal training. My skills come from a long line of men and women who have dedicated decades to showing their love for their family and friends with good, home cooked meals made from scratch, love and butter.
